When We Are Closed

Please see opening times for when the surgery closes for half day for training.  Any calls during this time will be automatically redirected to the Go To Doc out of hours service.

We are also closed for all UK bank holidays, more details are available at the surgery.

If you have an emergency when the surgery is closed (between 18:30 - 08:00 Monday-Friday or at weekend) you can use one of the following services:

If your emergency cannot wait until surgery opening, please ring the practice number where you will be advised that the surgery is now closed and if you require urgent medical assistance and cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please hang up and call 111. Calls to 111 are free for both land lines and mobiles. If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999.

The surgery will be open again from 08:00 the next normal working day.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
